Rest Assured Mortgages was the brain child of Principal Rob Ashley-Roche, who after 20 years working for large private and corporate Mortgage companies became dissatisfied with the service many of his customers were now getting. On top of this the companies he worked for were starting to charge higher and higher fees meaning clients would shy away from using a broker but then were no-longer getting the best deals to suit their needs.

Shortly after setting up Rest Assured, Rob was joined by long time work colleague and friend Clive Wilkins and together they built up a creditable client bank and reputation in the Mortgage Broker market. They achieved this by sticking to the the simple principals they both believed in 100% and these are, treat customers fairly, make sure they receive the best deal for their circumstances, and that deal must be arranged professionally, confidentially and with the minimum of cost.

Rest Assured Mortgages selects your mortgage from the 'whole of market', which includes many products not available to a customer shopping in the high street. As we do not charge any broker fees there is no financial difference in using us than going direct to a lender however there will be a huge difference in service.

Due to the excellent service levels Rest Assured has given its clients, professional bodies such as IFA’s, Solicitors & Estate agents have now asked us to deal with their clients by setting up introducer agreements. However most of our new clients still come from word of mouth, these clients have been recommended to us from existing clients who are happy with the service they have received and recommended their friends use us. As long as we keep getting referrals we know we are getting it right!

Due to the success of Rest Assured Mortgages we have now recruited and are still recruiting new advisors in new area’s to meet the demand for our service, however we insist on keeping the firms original goals of "friendly fair advice" as our motto. Rest Assured we will not be buying big expensive offices that force us to charge big fat fees to pay for it!
